Meet Michael Simon

A dedicated Chandler resident since 2012, he commenced volunteering and becoming a member even before he moved to Chandler with American Legion Post 91. Originally relocating from Twentynine Palms, CA with his family after finishing his final tour in the United States Marine Infantry and finding a home in Arizona. When he moved to Chandler it quickly became a place he fell in love with for the schools, community, its people, and what was in store for the future.

He quickly became involved in small business as an owner, trainer, and consultant here in the East Valley which he continues today with his business partner and also developed strong ties to the church community.

He dedicates his time to volunteering and supporting local nonprofits, being a servant leader with the American Legion both at the local and state level supporting the community and those Veterans that live within all while keeping and maintaining a personal life.

He currently holds the Vice Chairman position on the Military and Veterans Affairs Commission is a founding member, member of the VFW and has a degree from Henley-Putnam.
